We ship to Canada via UPS ground.

Here's some info you'll need to know before placing your order.

There are 2 separate additional fees you may be responsible for paying on your side:

1.   Customs / Duty Fees

The UPS shipping fees quoted in the cart do not include any additional Customs or Duties fees charged by the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). UPS may require that these fees are paid prior to delivering the shipment to the shipping address.  Sometimes they will invoice the customer after delivery.  Please check with the CBSA with the order total if you do need an estimation of these fees prior to placing your order.

 2.   Carrier Brokerage Fee

UPS charges a brokerage fee.   This is basically a “premium” for organizing and dealing with the importing paperwork. This fee is based on the value of the order.

You can avoid the brokerage fee if you are willing to self clear the personal shipment and pay any duty/taxes owing at a CBSA office.

You must contact UPS as soon as you get the tracking number and organize the self clearance ahead of delivery.   If you notify them after delivery, it will be too late.

There are local CBSAs (Canada Borders Service Agency) in major cities.
