Short answer - Yes.  

There are multiple steel grommets you can loop a travel lock or paddle lock through.  And you can tie off through your load bars or around your roof rack.   Here is the caveat:  The tabs are fabric, so any motivated thief could cut through the fabric.  Then again any motivated thief could just steal your entire car!  

Traditional roof top tents are bolted down with 4 or 8 bolts, and can also be stolen by a motivated thief with a wrench.   The good news about the Rev Tent, is that is you feel you're in a super sketchy situation and don't feel comfortable leaving your tent on the vehicle, it's so lightweight that you can just take the tent inside with you, or if there's room, put it inside the vehicle.
