It is!  Make sure your UpTop rack is full size for an SUV.  It needs to be at  least 84" long.   While you may be able to bolt down some of the grommets to attach your tent to your rack, order the Rev Rack Tent with the "other" mounting system.  This Rev Tent will include Rev Straps to secure your tent to the rack for  transport and sleeping.
