Yes!  

The included brackets will work using the included lock nuts on Billie Bars.  Some customers prefer the look of the Billie Bar supplied Roof Top Tent brackets. Check them out here: https://billiebars.com/products/roof-top-tent-mounting-clamps

Keep this in mind:  When mounting the Rev Roof Top Tent to the bars, the bars should be positioned no closer than 24"  / 61 cm , and no wider than 40" / 102 cm.  Recommended distance for use with the Rev Roof Top Tent platform is between the bars is 32"
